20% Discount Offer and only 10% Deposit
How it works
The buyer normally pays a 30% deposit on signing the contract. The offer is that the buyer pays a 10% deposit on signing the contract and the developer will erase the further 20% payment as a discount.
A Turkish mortgage can be arranged for the remaining 70% (Turkish banks maximum loan is 70% mortgage).
A buyer can own a unit in this quality development for only a 10% down payment.
For example;
Block 22A Apartment 9 is priced as £52440 in the price list. The buyer will only pay £5244 down payment of 10% and will own the unit. The further 20% payment of £10488 will be erased as a discount. For the remaining 70% (£36708) the buyer’s monthly mortgage payment will be around £390 for 20 years mortgage.
Alternatively the buyer can pay the 70% balance on completion without taking the Turkish mortgage.
